Serpent of the Stars

This Hazy IPA was born from our endless desire to explore new hop oil extraction techniques and ingredients, and how they impact the profile of our IPAs. What you need to know about this scaled up hazy is that we dry hopped it with Citra, Nectar, and Riwaka. After fermentation, this pit of juice vipers was dosed with an experimental hop product. Whether you like passionfruit nectar, red grapefruit, tepache, or lemon balm, you’ll sense it in Serpent of the Stars. (7.5% ABV) $21/4pack

Huge Deluge 

533 people rated Huge Deluge a 4.27 the first time we brewed this hazy DIPA with Seattle’s @cloudburstbrew. We kind of thought that was garbage, since this beer easily drank like a 4.28, so we decided to try harder. Huge Deluge returns again, and just as intense as the first time, featuring only the choicest Southern Hemisphere hops. Galaxy, Motueka, Vic Secret, and Enigma make it rain with the aromas of peach, raspberry, pear, and passionfruit. (8.3% ABV) $21/4pack
